The Logan Chacon Memorial Foundation was established in honor of Logan Chacon after his passing in 2019. The foundation is dedicated to carrying forward his legacy by supporting Colorado communities through suicide awareness prevention, education, and local support initiatives for families and individuals affected by mental health challenges. The Foundation also provides scholarships to deserving high school students to help them pursue their educational goals while honoring Logan’s memory.
